Who is Sarah Krieger?
Sarah Krieger is first and foremost a mother of three beautiful children (the other two are incredible shy and won't allow me to show them off 🙄)

Sarah has spent her entire career helping families achieve their optimal health goals with lifestyle changes without restrictions.  She has earned a Bachelors of Science in dietetics from Central Michigan University and a Master of Public Health degree from the University of South Florida.

She is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and Nutritionist (RDN) who has specialized in child obesity for the pass 20 years.  She is the founder of N.R.B (Nutrition RoadBlocks) which helps people of all ages, including pregnancy weight management, adults with chronic conditions, such as diabetes and heart disease.  

Sarah is also a certified hypnotherapist which when applied properly is incredibly effective in achieving positive and permanent lifestyle changes.  Sarah has help thousands of patients overcome things like phobias, addictions, grief, eating disorders, insomnia, anxiety, depression, habits, and a lack of confidence or motivation.

Yes, self responsibility is priority!!
