Received a bachelors of science in dietetics from Central Michigan University and a masters of public health from the University of South Florida. She is a registered, licensed dietitian/nutritionist who specializes in weight management and has also traveled to many different regions, including Asia, Europe and countries surrounding the Mediterranean. Her passions are cooking regional cuisines, cooking new recipes, counseling others and inline-skating!

Registered dietitians have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and then complete a minimum of 1200 hour internship which includes hand-on supervised experience in acute hospitals (cardiac, medical surgery, pediatrics, oncology, foodservice), community nutrition programs, and special projects of interest.
